I could remember during the time when she applied for the Job in the company, I could already guess that she is a smart person. Indeed my guess was proven correct when she started working wherein she showed exemplary performance. I could actually observe her teachability, proactivity and cooperativeness with other employees. Though she is a nurse by profession, she is well acquainted with Microsoft office especially excel which made her accomplished her work with speed and accuracy. In fact I could also observe that more often she offered help to her co-employees once her tasks are done. This work attitude actually made her capable of multitasking.
